These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PureMint Cleaning Studio, a professional cleaning service provider based in Metro Manila, Philippines. Our company operates from Telecom Plaza, 316 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave, Makati City, maintaining a commitment to eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
By accessing our website at puremint.cc, scheduling our cleaning services, or using any of our digital platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
Our services encompass residential and commercial cleaning solutions, including regular maintenance, deep cleaning, eco-friendly treatments, and specialized services such as post-construction cleanup and move-in/move-out preparations. All services are performed by trained professionals using environmentally conscious cleaning products and methodologies.
User Responsibilities
Booking and Scheduling
Users must provide accurate information when booking services, including property size, room count, specific cleaning requirements, and access instructions. False or misleading information may result in service cancellation or additional charges. We require at least 24 hours notice for service modifications or cancellations.
Property Access and Safety
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the cleaning premises. Remove valuable items, hazardous materials, and fragile objects from areas requiring cleaning. Secure pets during service appointments and inform our team of any safety concerns, security systems, or special instructions prior to service commencement.
Payment and Billing
Payment is due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and electronic transfers. Returned payment fees and collection costs may be charged for bounced checks or failed transactions. Recurring service clients are billed according to the agreed schedule.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Notice
We require at least 24 hours advance notice for service cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee of ₱500. Same-day cancellations are subject to full service charge unless due to emergencies or adverse weather conditions.
Service Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule appointments without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. We accommodate rescheduling requests based on team availability. Last-minute rescheduling (less than 4 hours notice) may result in additional scheduling coordination fees.
Refund Policy
We stand behind our cleaning quality and offer satisfaction guarantees. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to re-clean specific areas at no additional charge. Refunds for completed services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to service inspection.
Limitations and Disclaimers
Service Scope
Our cleaning services exclude pressure washing, roof cleaning, gutter maintenance, window blind cleaning, appliance descaling, and pest control activities. We do not move heavy furniture or clean areas behind permanently installed fixtures. Specialized services beyond standard cleaning are quoted separately.
Damage and Liability
PureMint Cleaning Studio maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for our employees and services. We are not responsible for damage to fragile items, heirlooms, or items not properly secured. Clients should remove or secure valuable items, electronics, and fragile objects before service commencement. Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for service delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather conditions, civil unrest, or government-mandated restrictions. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule services or provide appropriate refunds when feasible.
